This Creamy Vegan Avocado Dressing takes just 5 minutes to come together is healthy, so creamy and delicious and great on any salad!
This Creamy Vegan Avocado Dressing is one you should definitely put on your “MUST MAKE” list and then pour it on all the salads. It’s SO easy to make it’s almost not even a recipe, but it’s so worth it. Let’s to it, shall we?
One of my favourite things about this avocado dressing is the creaminess. Like seriously, you’d think there was a creamy plant-based yogurt in this!! Or that I hit a “make extra creamy” button that’s all thanks to the beautiful, creaminess of the avocado. Lots of healthy fats, lots of delicious flavours, and LOTS of creaminess. That’s definitely my new favourite word.
Ingredients in avocado dressing
The ingredients are so simple. Half of an avocado, parsley (or cilantro), sea salt, lime, olive oil, garlic and water. That’s it. The key to this dressing are in its simple ingredients.
How to make avocado dressing:
Making this dressing is as simple as adding all the ingredients into a food processor, and blending. I love mine pourable, so I tend to add all the water. It’s also a very foolproof dressing, so if you want it saltier or more seasoned, you can easily adjust it to your preferences. You can also switch it up if you like: add another garlic cloves, cilantro instead of parsley, and probably even some more seasonings (cayenne could give it a delicious kick). It’s one of my favourite things about it.
Ways to use avocado dressing
My other favourite thing about this? You can use it in a million ways. As a dip, as a mayonnaise replacement in sandwiches, burgers and on any salad your heart desires.
Whatever you do, TRUST ME, try this. It’s so filled with flavour and definitely something I think anyone will love. Also, please, don’t leave the lime out! It not only keeps it bright and green but brings out an amazing flavour in it. So make it, pour it over, and eat all the salads.
